After an AMAZING shower, we got going, prepared to find symbols on little blocks of wood. Taylor had the map, and while we were skeptical of his skills, he did lead us in the right direction once we figured out which symbols we were looking for. We walked through the horse paddock, and Natalie FREAKED. She's terrified of horses. It was actually pretty funny. After we completet this, we returned to the dining room for afternoon tea, and my duty group was on, well, er, duty. So I took care of the cups and stuff, which wasn't that bad. We worked out how to use the sterilizer, which admittedly wasn't hard. Later we had downtime and dinner. Downtime consisted of watching Avatar on my iPod, and talking to people who talked to me. Dinner wasn't great, but I did eat it. After this we had a "talent quest" where we competed in out duty groups. Mine included Victoria, Becca, Matt, Matt, Eillish, Me, Lucy V, and Jane. We couldn't agree on what to do until like, two minutes before we actually performed. Not even two minutes before we went inside and watched and waited, but before we actually performed. I did the music, Victoria, Matt (x2), Lucy, Eillish and Jane did the hand thing where you have someone at the back putting their hands through the arms of the other person, and Becca did a dance. Unfortunately they wanted me to play the worst song ever made: Tik Tok. I did, grudgingly. It went quite well I have to say, with Becca being the highlight of the group by miles. We did disappoint Victoria a lot, as she had been looking forward to it all day. We should have worked her singing into it somehow, as she is REALLY good. But what is done is done. Sorry, Vic. We came second to last, then it was supper time. Our duty group was on again. Victoria, Eillish and I did most of the work, and we were excused from the next day's duties. Hell-to-the-yes! :)
