Lunch

I made today's smoothie extra thick so that I could eat it as though it was healthy ice cream :)

Ingredients: 

1 Banana
1 Granny Smith Apple
A handful of Spinach
4 teaspoons of Linseeds
1 teaspoon of Sesame seeds

And blend!
